GOVERNMENT ETHICS
Current and former government employees, at all levels, are subject to a variety of prohibitions and restrictions regarding their conduct, both in and out of the workplace. Laws governing financial holdings, the acceptance of gifts, and employment after government service are just a few of the areas in which the actions of current and former government employees are regulated. Taylor and Cohen LLP provides counsel and representation to individuals seeking to navigate this complicated area of the law or who are under investigation for possible ethics violations.
